The "slow eastern wheel" project is an instrument for overcoming physical borders and celebrating cultural peculiarities of people around the Sea of Japan.
By juxtapositioning low-speed turning of big white wheel to vibrant rhythm of modern life we can give an opportunity to look carefully into landscapes, traditions, myths and arts of different regions.
